From tv.com:
Dr. Wilson convinces House to take the case of one of his patients, a young girl with terminal cancer who starts suffering from hallucinations.

My favorite episode so far (although it is sometimes tied up with Acceptance and All In)
The POTW is perfect, the courtship with Wilson (this throwing stones on the balcony while biting his lip is so cute) is awesome, and he calls him Jimmy!
The autopsy discussion with Cuddy is great too, I love the way she handle crazy discussions, tells him fondly "it's wenesday". In this one for the first time I felt true affection between these two people.
And this is one of the rare episodes where we see House as a respected doctor, during the dress rehearsal of the procedure : many doctors here, all listening, not arguing, and even laughing with him (the "low-tech and gruesome : kiss me, I love it" response to Foreman)
I wish we could see him being this professionnal, and acting as a doctor, surrounded by other doctors and trusted, again.
