I just got around to watching that one last night. This show is finally hitting it's stride. I love it. And both Anne and Erin were fantastic. |

The trailer for "Date Night" (the new Fey/Carell movie) has been released. Jimmi Simpson aka the Priest in "Unfaithful" aka the reason I finally bought the last season of DVDS plays one of the bad guys.* It looks like one of those films where super wacky/crazy/dangerous shit happens to normal people in the span of one night and I approve of such things. "Adventures in Babysitting"? "The Hangover"? Whatever that movie was with Keanu Reeves losing his prom date? Awesome.

According the imdb, the film also features two other former "House" guests: Leighton Meester (multi episode jailbait) and Taraji P. Henson (Spin).
*Also*, apparently Michael O'Keefe (Failure to Communicate) plays Scotty's dad on "Brothers and Sisters" and has for awhile. Yet another reason that I need to finally netflix the last two seasons of this just to fast forward through and watch the Kevin/Scotty stories.
*The super foxy Common plays the other one. |

| The evil debator on "Community" this week was the kid who played Luke (Aaron Himelstein) back in season one's "The Socratic Method". I didn't recognize him, I was just looking up the ep for something else and followed that name because it looked vaguely familiar. Pulled it up on hulu to double check and, yep, that's Luke. |

According to his wife's twitter, Lyle the Intern (aka Jimmi Simpson) will make an appearance on Letterman tonight. Yay for Lyle.
Two other "House" guests popped up on Thursday night TV, on CSI specifically. Jennifer Crystal (Mrs. Taub) was the sister of a woman who committed suicide who was knee deep in the crime for which the deceased was convicted of. Marcus Giamatti (the comic writer from a couple of weeks back) was the d-bag at the center of the other crime of the week. |
